Aims And Objectives
There has been a tremendous development in the field of Health care and medicine during last few years; Unfortunately, the ratio between this development and availability of trained manpower is inversely proportional to each other. The main reason being that while every effort has been made to upgrade the technology, the aspect of having an infrastructure where training to the technical persons could be imparted has been totally ignored. The situation, therefore, is that we have advanced technology and outdated manpower.
